Stewart A. Stockdale
Stewart A. Stockdale is Chairman & CEO of Rellevate. He is responsible for the company’s vision, strategic planning, and business growth. He is also responsible for overall fiscal management.
Stockdale brings broad experience with world-class companies in the payments, financial services, and consumer products sectors. He was named one of the Top CEO’s of tomorrow by Bloomberg / Business Week. Most recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer of The J.G. Wentworth Company. J.G. Wentworth is a diversified consumer financial services company specializing in mortgages, structured settlements, payment systems, and personal loan options. There he stabilized, diversified and restructured the enterprise.
Previously he was President at the Western Union Company, where he ran Western Union’s Money Transfer and Consumer Payments businesses across five global regions (North America, Latin America & the Caribbean, Europe & CIS, Middle East Africa, and Asia Pacific). At Western Union, some of his successes included repositioning and turning around the U.S. Domestic Money Transfer and Consumer Payments businesses and returned them to growth after years of steep declines as well as launching the U.S. Prepaid Card business, delivering almost one million cards-in-force in the U.S. alone.
Stockdale also held roles such as Senior Vice President, Global Marketing & Product Management at MasterCard Worldwide, among other positions at leading multinational companies such as Simon Property Group where he launched and built the largest Visa Giftcard program in the United States, American Express, and Procter & Gamble.
Stockdale holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in marketing from the University of Denver and completed The Executive Program at the University of Virginia’s Darden Graduate School of Business Administration. He resides in Darien, Connecticut with his wife and six children.
Greg Schneider serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Rellevate.
Previously he was Chief Information Officer for The J.G. Wentworth Company, a position he held since 2014. Prior he served as a consultant to SCA Promotions Inc., a marketing agency.
Greg was Senior Vice President, Marketing Information Management at The Western Union Company from 2008 to 2012. At Western Union he also led the prepaid card opportunity that yielded over 1 million cards.
Prior to these engagements, Mr. Schneider held senior leadership positions in consumer and financial services businesses, including Simon Property Group (built Simon Giftcard Program, which at the time was the world’s largest Visa giftcard program), Conseco and Banc One Corporation dating back to 1984.
He holds a B.B.A. with honors from Ohio University and lives in Columbus, Ohio.

Mark has spend over 20 years in senior management positions at WPP, the worlds largest Advertising and marketing company, including running Ford Motor Company South America and Global Vehicle Launches, as well as tier 2 and tier 3 North America Marketing (over a billion in marketing spend) other clients include Coca Cola, McDonald’s, P&G, Simon Malls, Range Rover.
Mark also has, over the last 20 years, bought, built and sold Dunkin Donuts, Dominos franchises
Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in marketing from the University of Bucknell. He resides on Mercer Island, WA.
She is one of the leading experts in the country on prepaid card products, named one of the Top 10 Most Powerful Women in Prepaid.
Most recently as President of MCS Consulting LLC, she advised on financial services (emphasis on prepaid) to clients in the retail real estate industry and other financial service companies.
As the EVP of Product Marketing & Development at WeCareCard, a crowdfunding startup, responsible for multiple aspects of building the business. From developing the crowdfunding platform, prepaid product to fraud / risk mitigation.
At InteliSpend (now Hawk Incentives, a division of BlackHawk Network) she was the VP of Marketing & Product Strategy. Lead the creation and execution of the overall prepaid product strategy, as they transitioned from one product / brand offering, to offering Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Delivered customized incentive, promotional and expense management prepaid products to thousands of corporate clients.
Built and managed the Simon GiftCard Program as Vice President of Product Development & Marketing at Simon Property Group. The Simon Giftcard program grew to the largest open loop gift card program in the country, with millions of cards per year, and over 100 card designs/products. Also executed robust partnership experiences for companies to engage with billions of shoppers. Experiential marketing programs with Visa, Microsoft, and the NFL. Licensing deals with highly valued brands such as Vera Bradley, Boston Celtics, University of Texas. Cause Marketing- Introduced the first open loop gift card, The Susan G Komen / Simon Pink Ribbon Visa GiftCard. Raised $2 Million dollars over the life of the program.

Phil Harvey is Chief Revenue Officer for Rellevate and is responsible for driving revenue growth through the development and on-boarding of new customer relationships, and on-going account development for existing customers.
His career began at American Express, from which he went onto build and grow successful brands in the technology, hospitality and education industries. He’s held c-suite and functional leadership roles with large, small, public and private companies.
Phil’s an entrepreneur with extensive experience in the field of franchising. He’s developed, built, operated and sold franchises as a franchisor and franchisee. He’s held non-profit board roles and worked collaboratively with for-profit boards.
He has a lengthy track record of enhancing profitability, leading high-performance teams in highly competitive B2B/B2C service industries, driving revenue growth to boost enterprise value and create sustainable competitive advantage.
Phil has lived and worked abroad, studied at Ithaca College and Cornell University. He’s a guest lecturer at universities, delivers for-credit continuing education for professionals and is actively engaged in initiatives to eliminate youth homelessness.

Chris comes to Rellevate with a background in employee benefits, human capital management, financial sponsor due diligence and alternative funded health plans. Chris works with companies to provide voluntary and medical benefits to their employees, with the focus on retention and overall employee satisfaction.
Prior to his work in Benefits and Human Capital Management, Chris spent over 10 years working with Institutional Investors and HNW Families to manage their wealth and investment needs. Most recently with Citizens Private Bank, Chris built and managed a new territory as the bank expanded wealth operations into the tri-state area. Chris was a Chairman’s Club
Chris graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2007 with a BA in Political Science and Economics. Chris is a Certified Wealth Strategist and holds his Finra 7, 63, 65 and Life and Health licenses.
Donna Gutierrez is a business development partner for Rellevate. She’s an entrepreneurial and customer focused sales executive with 25+ years of experience in the payments, technology and corporate travel industries. She has a history of driving exceptional results through the development of high-performing teams and as an individual contributor. Donna began her career in sales at American Express where she earned a series of sales awards and leadership roles in the Corporate Services Division. She subsequently joined the start up sales teams at Expedia Corporate Travel, Concur and Capital One Commercial Card.
Donna’s specialties include B2B sales, sales management, building sales channels and business development. A graduate of Rutgers University, Donna is actively involved in philanthropic endeavors, including the Sarasota Memorial Hospital, Susan G. Komen for the Cure and Streets of Paradise, a nonprofit group providing assistance to the homeless.
Donna lives in Sarasota, Fla., and enjoys traveling, exercising and spending time with family.
Mike Rothstein has vast experience in the employee benefit industry, partnering with advisors, consultants along with their employer clients, ranging from small private organizations to large public companies. Mike’s background includes expertise in income protection products and significant exposure to voluntary benefits.
Over the course of his twenty-plus year career, he’s worked with four major insurance carriers covering many domestic markets. Mike has often been recognized as a top producer, and has trained, mentored many successful sales representatives.

Alex M. Holden manages the website development and online presence for Rellevate.
Alex runs a digital marketing agency where they specialize in B2B business growth managing their websites and online presence.
Alex was previously a National Product Trainer with Constant Contact for over five years where he trained thousands of new customers on Constant Contact’s software. Working for a SaaS company, Alex was on the only team in charge of bringing in non-recurring revenue to the company.
Alex has partnered to deliver digital marketing training to SMBs with Microsoft, SCORE, SBA, and Chamber of Commerece’s across the U.S since 2011.
Alex is originally from Parker, Colorado and now resides in Seattle, Washington.
